Hollys Signature treatment uses a blend of Osteopathic techniques along side Sculptural Face lifting. Patients that experience facial pain, TMD (temporalmandibular disorders) and headaches would benefit from this treatment to alleviate tensions arising from the jaw.

Treatment includes working the decolleté/shoulders, upper back, neck, head/ears/face and intra-buccal area.
Internal techniques to the mouth, known as buccal massage, may be used for treatment depending on your symptoms and comfort.
Typically, between 8 and 10 weekly sessions are recommended, but this can vary depending on your needs. To maintain the benefits, monthly treatment is recommended.

Osteo Retrain is best suited for chronic pain patients with complex health histories. Our tailored treatment approach requires active participation from the patient, and is not suitable for those seeking a 'quick fix'. Our experienced Osteopath will work with you to develop a personalised treatment plan that is tailored to your specific needs.
The plan usually consists of:

Gradually exposing to pain stressors, this is achieved by combining osteopathy and coaching

Emergency appointments over the weekend are subject to availability. These appointments are charged at a double rate out side of my working hours.

We treat pregnant patients, providing there have been no complications, otherwise a doctors note will be needed for your appointment. Please contact me for further advice.

Unfortunately, We do not treat children under the age of 16, purely as I have not had additional specialist training in this field.

Cancellation Policy
This clinic operates a fair charging policy and recognises the challenges that a busy lifestyle can create. However, late cancellations deprive other patients of treatment and pain relief.
If you develop COVID-19 symptoms, symptoms of any other infection, or have been in contact with somebody with such symptoms, please contact the clinic.
If you develop these symptoms within the cancellation period, below, cancellation fees will not apply. Please respectfully give as much notice as possible.
In all other cases, the normal cancellation policy applies:
Please give a minimum of 24 hours of notice for cancellations.
Cancellation charges:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the start time of your appointment will incur no charge.
Cancellations made on the same day as your appointment or no-shows will incur 100% of your appointment fee.
All other cancellations made the day before and within 24 hours prior to the start time of your appointment will incur 50% of your appointment fee.
Patients who repeatedly cancel late, may be asked to find another clinic.
